I used this company for over a year now and all has been as they state.
They work on the 3 Network. Not sure where you can topup locally but you can do it online

I agree the texts are expensive but no one offers payg with per second billing.

On the home page - left hand side it says UK rates 2p to landlines 5P TO MOBILES.
In the text on the home page it says 2p to landlines 7P TO MOBILES
On the rates page ( for the UK ) it says 2p to landlines 8P TO MOBILES
Would you trust a company that can't even list its basic UK call rates correctly on its own website ?
