Do you just literally pick up and "slam" this ball on the floor ?

Good for rage management i s'pose

I assume you need some padded or soft flooring to use these on to avoid damaging the ball itself? Is concrete a no-no for these or are they tough enough to last on concrete?

I've used a 6kg on concrete with no issues but not bigger than that
