P.S. There was a similar deal back in January for the alcohol free Lazer Crush and all went swimmingly

How long does the process take?

Who is the cashback coming from? Is it Beavertown or Tesco's, or a.n. other?

Shouldn't this deal now be closed then? to prevent people going and buying it only to find it's been stopped
    cbates60's avatar
    Author
It hasn't been stopped. It was just a discussion about the possibility of it being stopped between buying the beers and submitting your receipt

£6 for low alcohol is stretching it a tad. The pricing in shops and pubs for 0% and ultra-low is crazy, it not saving you anything against full ABV these days.

Would be interested to hear how you think ABV should determine price? The tax difference between a 330ml can of beer in this sub 3.5% category compared to if it was taxed the same as a can in the +3.5% category is only around 10p

Thanks OP, going to give this a try

Thanks. Bought. Processed cashback , we'll see if I get the cash. Not a bad IPA needs a bit more strength.

Low % but depends how it tastes.

    Free is free!

It is very very light but I’m enjoying them. Can see why people would turn their nose up at it, especially if they’re used to drinking the stronger stuff. Personally would be happy cracking a few of these mid-week to tone things down

I suppose you could buy it and then return for a refund if the cashback was refused. I think these first x thousand bought conditions are sharp practice and it would be open and honest if they stated claims must be received by say midnight 6 March

They shut the application form down as soon as the limit is reached

Does anyone know if one has to purchase from the tesco stores on the beavertown website, or any tesco that stocks it?
    cbates60's avatar
    Author
Not 100% but I imagine if a store stocks it and you get a receipt then it should be fine. Are you looking at the map and zooming in do you mean? or is there a written list somewhere?
