I'm being petty here, but they don't deliver to the Isle of Wight (which is BS!) so cold.

I have the black one on my monitor and they are quite good. I paid £19.99 so for this price it's a bargain.

I wonder if I couldn’t connect to a dell monitor for external sound

Should be ok, I have a small soundbar on mine.

Have the next gen of these speakers, really great for the price,, but would recommend the usb c version as you wont need to use the 3.5mm jack for audio then.

    Heated!

Just to add/clarify as V2 and V3 are both USB-C. V2 just gets power from USB-C, not audio. V3 is needed if you don't want to use 3.5mm at all.

Cheap because outdated - had these and returned for the USB C version which is actually pretty good

I use the Pebble Plus 2.1 for my desktop and Pebble 3.0 for my laptop and they sound great and look very nice. They fit just the end of my monitor too, to save space.

These are great for the price, but it might be worth to pay a bit more for the 3.0 with a single usb-c connection as opposed to a usb and 3.5mm jack.

What difference does the 3.5 vs USB c make, is it sound quality?

Though it was something to do with friends looking at the font.

Creative speakers are generally pretty damn good for the price they are. I worked in an electronics retailer. Whenever demo'd any given creative speaker would out perform anything else at that price.
