About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
Prices to the US have gone up rapidly since the US opening up announcement from November, but JetBlue are currently offering some competitive rates. Seems a decent price considering you are booking directly with the airline and not with an agent. Some early December dates are included too, expect these to go quickly. If you are fully vaccinated, as it stands, only a lateral flow test will need to be taken on return to the UK.
1 x Carry on Bag and 1 x Personal bag is included in the price. Carry-on bags are bags that fit in the overhead bin and may not exceed 22" L (55.88 cm) x 14" W (35.56 cm) x 9" H (22.86 cm). Personal items fit under the seat in front of you (like a purse, daypack or laptop bag) and may not exceed 17" L (43.2 cm) x 13" W (33 cm) x 8" H (20.32 cm).
Example dates:
9th - 15th Nov
16th - 22nd Nov
16th - 24th Nov
23rd- 30th Nov
6th - 13th Dec
8th - 13th Dec
10th - 17th Jan
18th - 25th Jan

sorted byHave you ever looked at the product they offer? Easily one of the best airlines to fly this route. More legroom and width than most wide body aircraft, free WiFi and plenty of drink options.
P.S the business class is also the best over BA and virgin
If you have time and the money you can then get an internal flight to Boston for about £40 and then hire a car for about £10 a day and drive north through Vermont ( Woodstock is proper old America - Avoid Montpelier )
There's also Merrimack outlet just before Salem on the way back which is a tax free haven! Levi's for £19 a pair, Kate Spade purses for £14 ( £100+ here ) We actually hit Salem on Halloween with 50,000+ people in costumes it was madness.
Despite people saying New York isn't all that it really is. The first time you see the skyline coming in on a yellow cab it will blow your mind. (edited)
Great, glad to help.
If you haven't already seen the YouTube video by thepointsguyuk he reviewed the London to NYC route in business
I wasn't banned for life from the USA.
My rights to use the visa waiver system were revoked for life. That means I need to apply for a visa before travelling to the USA as I can no longer use ESTA. This is the default position if you are ever denied entry to the USA.
It would be great if there was more to this story but the reality is that I did nothing at all wrong and I ended up in the "Twilight Zone".
My case was investigated by a US immigration attorney and it was demonstrated that I'd always been in full compliance. It's like the Little Britain sketch, "computer says no", except I'm not laughing about it.
You wouldn't believe the number of people I know who actually refuse to travel to the USA or even transit through the USA due to their past experiences with US Immigration.
Ironically, I have a pal that works for Homeland Security that I've known for 20 years when he worked for the NSA.
According to my last personal visa application interview, the reason they can't give me a visa, is due to having two US Citizen children. This apparently will be, "difficult, if not impossible to overcome".
I've even had two MPs involved in my case, which was about as much use as a chocolate tea pot.
Have you tried using the correct airport code, which is lgw not gtw
Talking about business class on HotUKdeals is kind of ironic
How so? You can still get hot deals on biz class seats!
A hot deal is a hot deal!! (edited)
I work on planes and trust me, the seats in those 321LRs are way more comfortable and spacious than a lot of twin-aisle long range aircraft.
BA business class is atrocious Emirates and Singapore are far superior
Why? Is it only for poor people?
Not at all.
I have a fleet of OLED TVs
I thought everyone was poor here like me. Maybe I’m wrong.
And you’ll be at least £291.13 poorer if you get this deal.(y)
Excuse me who do you think you are?
don't bother going to Boston if its your first time in NYC. So much to see in New York, even 5 nights isn't enough.
Boston and surrounding area is amazing though, but do it in a separate trip, ideally in autumn.
I only go business when there's an offer on though
GTW isn't Gatwick - LGW is Gatwick...Try that! Hope it helps. GTW is Holesov airport in the Czech Republic.
Council estate mentality
There's more than one God!
I actually bit at the other deal that was posted on here (5 nights 4* hotel + flight for £519pp).
Absolutely ecstatic as I have never set foot in the US before. Thanks for the recommendations. I don't know if I'll be confident enough driving around but will definitely be trying to experience as much as I can! Already booked a few tickets to see the Knicks/ Celtics play!
I agree its worth seeing. Ive been 3 times. Maybe as I lived in London, the hectic, in your face, traffic jams, packed tube system (as reliable as it is) gets a bit to much as was too close to home. I try and avoid it tbh. But it has to be seen in my opinion. Your Boston side trip sounded real good.

they literally have to be snapped up within mins/hours. and most of the times of out school hols, which is what has hampered me in around 9-10 deals. met a guy on biz deal who only flies to the country and back the next day, one to enjoy the metal and two, for the miles (points). (edited)
I used to fly back and forth between Edinburgh and Newark very regularly.
It always bemused me greatly, that when arriving in Edinburgh, there was a chap (in a tartan waistcoat) who was so welcoming and full of enthusiasm for the American tourists arriving in Scotland. The contrast was striking!
I often felt like suggesting that he could perhaps tone it down and project an image of negativity & suspicion, so that the American tourists would feel more, "at home", when dealing with immigration control.
Joking apart, arriving at Edinburgh airport for those Americans, is just how it should have been going in the other direction, for non-US folks.
You soon learn that when arriving in the USA, to dispense with almost all pleasantries and simply answer the questions as and when required. (edited)
For some reason the post links to JetBlue Vacations site. If you go to JetBlue.com then you shouldn’t have this issue. I suspect they haven’t got holiday packages in the system yet for Gatwick departures.
If you're tight for cash TAP will fly you via Lisbon for £212
Agreed. I’ve travelled extensively with them in the US transcontinental & easily the best. Mint is also an excellent product
Yes that's what I've just said, but we're talking about companies that fly the London to New York route, therfore jet blues mint product is the best on that route.
Yeah but think there will be a stop at jfk
10 days quarantine
i'm going for 10th (i think) time in 8 years in December, having booked a BA redemption last year, so lucky the US is finally opening. It truly is the best city in the world.
