    I use endura humvee flat, but the most popular and probably best choice is five ten free rider. I am happy with endura however

    Nonsense. We had a 65 year old triathlete on a mechanics course I did once who'd been riding clipped for decades. Turned up one morning with blood gushing out of a huge gash in his elbow. He'd stopped at a set of lights, couldn't unclip, and his elbow took the impact on the tarmac.

    Never got on with clips myself - give me some of these, a pair of Five Ten's and the freedom to bail any day of the week.
