Recently started using XBC aqueous cream SLS free version from Savers at £1 for 500g. Seems to work really well for eczema. Didn't see much difference compared to CeraVe cream at over £10 for 450g.

I think they're different products, ointment vs cream.....

Epaderm Cream is a light, non-greasy formula that is perfect for daily use. It is quickly absorbed and has been clinically proven to noticeably improve the condition of your skin in just 2 weeks.
Epaderm Ointment is a greasy formula that has been designed for night time use to provide intense hydration to your skin.

Not only overpriced for 125g, it's one of the worst emollients that exists

I've got psoriasis and I've tried loads of stuff but epaderm is what works for me (purely as a moisturiser). I prefer the cream though, ointment is a bit chunky (have to scoop it out rather than a pump with the cream) and oily for my liking.
