    Came here for an intelligent conversation on the quality of the glass and mirrors in this telescope but got this instead. ha ha

    Seriously though, don't even consider wasting £50 on this garbage.

    £50 worth of disappointment on a wobbly tripod.
    At this price point get some decent binoculars (not a great price but this is the sort of thing you'd be looking for rothervalleyoptics.co.uk/cel…tml )
    These cheap landfill scopes are more likely to put you off the hobby than light the fire within you that you'll need to endure those cold nights looking at the planets and stars.


    Find your local astronomy club and check their calendar for an open evening, you'll get a better view from their telescopes and I'm sure they'll be happy to point you in the right direction for your 1st telescope.
