    So what actually qualifies for the £125? I'm guessing it's " up to £125"? (edited)

    In my experience, nothing! Never paid out and customer service is the worst, refused to register my complaint

    Just in case anyone is coming back to look at this. I sent my phone in which was originally valued at £85, they told me it had screen burn and that it's only worth £25. I complained and they stood their ground and said I can either have the £25 + £125 extra trade in or receive my device and get nothing. I ended up accepting their offer and last night I got paid £25 and then a few minutes later I got £175. Not £125 as mentioned above, so I ended up with £200!
