No that I need it but I feel like buying it purely for the brand name!

I have the GOOLOO GT4000S Jump Starter 4000A.
Used it on a Ford transit 2.5D with a dead battery.
Plus a couple of Range Rovers.
Fired first time after cycling the glow plugs twice.
Its also good for powering my portable fridge freezer for 3/4 days off grid.

What freezer do you have that can be powered by this? I am very interested in getting one.

These things are awesome. I've had to jumpstart my dying battery a few times and these usb jump starters work instantly and they hold their charge for ages. Mine was at 75% despite last charging it before the pandemic.

Bought the one that was half price the other day. Hard to imagine that these little things can start a car. I got it for me holibobs. Will leave it in the boot just in case I need it after 2 weeks in the sun (edited)

Just be a little careful leaving it in the car in very hot weather. These have batteries of some Lithium chemistry and lithium doesn't mix well with intense heat. I remember a story about a car catching fire in Australia from one of these stored in the glove box, though of course here in the UK the chances are fairly low.

I have one of this brand myself and used it recently to start one of our cars which does intermittent journeys - worked first time

Would this be usable as a telescope power source?

These are more for delivery of a very high current for a short period of time (the lithium battery charges up a capacitor in the dongle). You can use it for typical power bank purposes, but if the battery deteriorates you'd be finding it difficult to start up a vehicle.

Mine stopped working after 5 months. Couldn’t recommend it.
Great when it worked. Started 4.4L V8 diesel.
