Had a problem with my 82" LG after 2yrs phoned costco and an engineer was out in w days, he found the problem ordered the new part and it was fitted w days later.
In total 5 working days from phoning to getting tv fixed.
Hope this helps.
By the way, you must keep your membership going or they will not honour the warranty.

Software's smooth, works well with my NAS for Multimedia purposes, lovely colours and vibrancy but wow, this thing is BRIGHT even on the lowest of brightnesses lol (can turn down backlight)
The only gripe I have is the plethora of uneeded apps you CAN'T delete off the TV, which is why I'd of preferred an Android TV on this which would've made it PERFECT.
