This was ticking all the boxes for me, especially that black model, but I'm swaying more to an American fridge with full width freezer drawers instead.

Currently we have a Haier American fridge freezer and because the freezer side is always narrower it can be a pain to fit larger items in, especially pizzas for example. A big bag of frozen chips takes the full width. It's just inconvenient having to play Jenga everytime you want something out and then Tetris when trying to fill it.

I had one like this. I just bought an American fridge freezer, with the freezer shelves down one side and I'm so much happier.
I'd say if possible, go to a shop and look at the ones with drawers like these as they look wide but when you open them, there is hardly any room. Yes you can fit a pizza in but you pile everything on top of each other like a chest freezer.
It drove me loopy constantly pulling everything out to get to something underneath. I'd cover the worktop with all the food.
I just got mine this morning from Currys. They took my old one away.
Sorry rambling so yeah if possible go and check out one you're after in a shop if it's one like I had in the picture.

    £50 more at Argos.

Only worth mentioning as it seems a few reviews on Amazon stated this turned up scratched/dented and they had a hard time getting it resolved.

I would imagine if it arrived in any other condition than perfect from Argos it would be easier to get it resolved.

Amazon delivery is very bad for big items . Roll like football, with small items . Where it says 2 man delivery, they would only use one . If it doesn't have bumps , they will give it front of your door. (edited)

I bought from John Lewis and the "three man team" turned out as two.

    Is this a reliable brand?

Ours (different model) is going to cost £200-300 to fix because the water/ice maker packed in. The wiring goes down inside the edge of the door frame. With opening and closing, the wires have over time failed/split. It’s a whole new door to replace now. A common fault apparently - been advised Samsung as a minimum level brand.

I bought a similar item from HS about eight years ago. It is large but without the cold water dispenser.

The only problem so far is a blocked drain that no one seemed to get unblocked. Called in two different appliance service people and after a long attempt they gave up. I drain it with a big syringe and a long tube every month as it's not too much hassle.

My Hisence fridge freezer is terrible, wouldn't buy another. Broken display, light, water dispenser and handle...all within 3.5 years

Got a very similar model (4 door with water dispenser) about a year ago, stopped cooling entirely in all parts - HiSense decided to wait a month before sending an engineer out. It’s still broken and I’m still down the cost of the thing and shopping around for a new one now - wouldn’t trust HiSense for these, plenty of horror stories and they discontinue models really quick so you will often need something else brand new to replace like me. Stick by Bosch or whatever for your sanity
