I’ve noticed recently my skin is getting stretchy AF.

I would prefer what i use already, works fast and got results! Teeth feel stronger, hair went thicker and more grew with weeks etc !

Used this for about 8 months, It did absolutely nothing for my skin. Want to actually increase collagen? start using retinoids in your skincare. Another tip, sunscreen......use it.....even if there is no sun. Those uv rays will mess you up. (edited)

I and the Mrs have been using Collagen for a couple of months now and we've both noticed improvement in our hair texture and it's also helped with the pain I'd been suffering with in my fingers. We're not that old, only in our mid 30's. It'd probably help older people more. (edited)

My Dad is 80, heart meds causing his skin to bruise easy, and be like paper. I was hoping this could help.
