    I got a regular big one, wish I had this, but it was not made when I got it as a xmas present.
    I love it. I do beef cheeks with Guinness and beef gravy in 45 min with buttery mash
    Pulled pork belly in 30 minutes with tacos or wraps.
    Pulled chicken in 20 minutes.

    The best I have done is pulled beef brisket in 50 minutes with chipotle paste and limes, coriander
