    If anyone bought the 14600K in the other deal and hasn’t opened it, I’d return it and buy this instead. Better in every respect.

    Not in every respect - K chips are better binned and so require less power and less cooling. With a good air cooler one can run the 14600K without throthling, while it will take at least a 280mm AIO to do the same for this i7. Also the memory controller on K chips is able to run memory on higher frequency. On non Ks one can't increase the voltage supplied to it to fix it. E.g. with DD4 the 14600K can run 3600MT/s memory without problems, while the i7 will probably top at 3500MT/s.
