    I would take giffgaff's "30 point health check" with a pinch of salt. The last iPhone I bought from them didn't work properly. When sent back under warranty 4 weeks after buying they said the phone had "security screws missing" then tried to charge me the price of a brand new phone.
    "It must have slipped through the net" I was told.
