With elegant wood styling, attractive fabric speaker cover, a compact footprint, and quality sound, our Aria II is an ideal bedside radio, or in any room in the house. Tune into crystal-clear DAB stations or stream music easily from your smart device with wireless connectivity. And with dual alarms, sleep and snooze functions, the Aria II helps to keep you on track too. Everything's controlled by the intuitive and tactile button wheel on the top of the real wood casing.

DAB/DAB+/FM radio
DAB digital radio brings you high quality digital sound and many exclusive stations. It automatically finds all your available stations, and lets you select them easily by name. Meanwhile, FM frequency caters for any stations that haven’t yet gone digital. Enjoy crystal-clear DAB quality sound through the Aria's full range speaker. It's easy to store your preferred stations with 10 presets so you can access them quickly.

Wireless streaming
Wireless pairing is quick, simple, and lets you stream straight from wireless-enabled devices like your smart phone or tablet. Enjoy the wonder of cable-free listening, and control play, pause and track selection via buttons on the console. Or simply connect via the aux-in port to play tracks from a traditional wired output.

Dual alarms with Sleep & Snooze
With two independent alarms, choose to be woken by your favourite DAB or FM station, or a buzzer, while the snooze function lets you grab that extra forty winks in the morning. And at the end of the day, Sleep function puts the radio on standby after a set period so you can drift off without having to worry about turning the Aria II off.

    People moaning about the sound?

This isn't a speaker from Glastonbury!

It's to listen to radio and the odd song via Bluetooth

People like to listen to music with good quality, and there are some good bluetooth speakers available at this price point, which this will be competing with.

The display on this is way too bright to have in your bedroom at night

Has a headphone socket so easy enough to plug in a decent speaker if the one on the radio is not good enough for you.
Love the fact it has a clock face for time instead of a digital readout.
I've seen a lot of faulty John Lewis radios on Ebay, so something to consider.
Some are easy fixes if you can use a soldering iron (see Youtube)
