Crazy question. Would I genuinely notice the difference between this and the LG C2 for instance whilst watching regular television? I have a 10 year old 42” LG LCD that I’d like to upgrade.

If your talking standard terrestrial TV at standard definition, probs not. HD though, you'll likely notice.

Great as long as you don't develop a fault with your TV 3 months I have been back and forth with LG with fault my TV developed had replacement screen came back worse, TV currently with LG at present waiting for its second repair and return been without out TV for almost 2 weeks now warranty runs out next Wednesday!
