The design is on the bottom of the sock, and upside down - apart from the first one which is sideways.

Who is supposed to see it? And how?

These socks are designed to look like normal black socks when you are wearing shoes, which means they are fine when you need to be a bit more professional e.g. in the office, at school etc.
The design can be better seen once your shoes are off e.g. at home when your feet are up and are relaxing.

Most importantly you wear these 'cool' socks for yourself, even if no one sees them, you know you are wearing them
