    Kind of, you wear them as a base layer, they stop chafing when running etc.

    I haven't tried under armour ones but bought a pair of these from a deal on this site about a year ago (at about £12 down from £18 rrp) and was really pleased with them. Wanted to get a few more pairs and found this deal.
