Cocktail - The Twinkle- 50mls Belvedere

- 15ml Elderflower liquor

- Top with Moët Ice

- Shake first 2 ingredients, strain into glass and top with champagne

- Garnish with Lemon twist


Cocktail - Chin Chin- 10mls Honey Syrup (2:1 honey & water)

- 25mls Glenmorangie 10 YO

- 15mls good apple juice

- Top with Moët Ice

- Shake the first 3 ingredients, strain into glass and top with champagne
