Discounters sell lots of perfume way lower than retail. Standard practice. Its worth checking bottle and scent against jl just in case fake but ebay really good if is. I've bought 4 items from this seller all genuine.

That ebayer sells fakes. Maybe not all the time, but definitely enough times. Explorer can be had from reputable discounters for a decent enough price. Notino is doing 200ml for £58 I’m sure.
