As a noodle head I'd like to pass on a little tip. buy some frozen cooked chicken and some mixed vegetables. Get yourself a microwave soup cup. Put the noodles, soup base packets contents, frozen veg, frozen cooked chicken into the cup and add hot water. Put the lid on then stick it in the microwave for 3 minutes. If you have any extras like dark soy, bean sprouts, chilli sauce etc add that too. Makes a very filling and cheap meal/snack. (edited)

I sometimes prepare my noodles as normal, then fry up a load of veggies, and then add in the noodles for a final fry. I like instant noodles fine for what they are but this way they come out like a proper stir fry at a fraction of the cost.

Be careful with some of these cheap noodles in farmfoods/heron, not saying this brand in particular, but I picked up chicken ones not long ago and they had 3.8g of salt in there.
My lips were tingling after first taste.
Obviously I binned them.

Use your own seasoning? Half a chicken oxo and half a tsp madras curry powder or some chilli and garlic paste or black bean paste or whatever is in cupboard.
