Once again, people spouting off comments when in all likelihood they have never even seen/used one IRL.
I raised an issue where people couldn't hear me and they had me up and running with a hot fix via email within two hours
I have no issues with mine, nor have two of my friends.
I assume you're talking about the deal being heated, not the phone? :P
However, 2 days ago my touch-screen stopped working properly. Their returns guys have asked me to apply software fixes, which have made it worse if anything, and also have restored my device to Android 4.4.4. They also made me take a video of the problem and photos from every angle, including inside. Removing the back is very difficult and I have snapped a bit on the case in doing so.
I'm really unimpressed. At this point, so many have messed up that they should just do as Microsoft did with the 360 and accept returns with no (or very few) questions asked.
Potential buyers should also be aware that they are sloooowwwww with updates. We were promised Lollipop within 3 months of launch, but realistically it was more like 7 months, and that is only after the users kicked and screamed. Cyanogen Nightlies have been unreliable. I really would not recommend buying this device.

I can't talk about EE... Three in my experience are and have been great
Just pointing out a troll.
I asked for a refund, they said no. I then opened a PayPal dispute which PayPal found in my favour so now they have to refund! Only worked because I was still inside the 180day period, outside of this and I would have had to get a replacement instead.
Are you on Three? I had the same problem and found out that the lollipop update changed the data connection options. Type *#*#4636#*#* into the dialler and change the network option to LTE/WCDMA and you should get your connection back.
Great price though, heat added.
Fine. I have one and I'm on Three.
Heat added
What issue? Had mine now since Christmas and never had an issue, also took my time to update to CM12 and wish I had done it earlier, brilliant phone.
Even better now that its £55 cheaper than the £274 I paid.8)

This is the second thread the first was even longer before they closed it.
I am on Three with this phone. Works flawlessly in London. LTE speeds with antennas at the bottom of my road are 35mbp/s.
Overall I get good reception and no problems whatsoever network related.
Paid £280 for this 6 months ago. At £220 I think this is pound for pound the best smartphone out there, especially with 64gb internal storage.
Yes it's powerful, yes it's big. Great buy if you are prepared to take a bit of a gamble - if you get a good one, great, if you don't...
On Three the 4G was blindingly fast (London).
Pardon
They
They use DHL not UPS and it comes the next day from Heathrow
LG G3. There's problems with the OnePlus One as mentioned in this thread.

I get 4G on Three with my OPO. 55Mb is the fasted I've seen on it. Definatly better than 3G.
There are 3 in my house hold all work a treat, battery is very good and lasts ages. I upgraded from my Galaxy S3 last october and honestly do not think there is a phone on the market as yet that can match the OnePlus one (OPO) on a combined price, feature, spec and design basis.
Considering I paid £268 + £5 delivery, and dropped my monthly contract to £14 saving £22 a month. Now I'm free to change contract after a year and not tied in with a trashy deal for a year longer than needed.
*** However ... very important to consider if you are on Vodafone
For the time being until this nation's 4G and all its derivations are settled and fully established in the UK you will likely only get HSPA+. although I can only vouch for this in South West London up to the Thames. I can confirm that EE is super freaking quick (tested via a pay as you go sim using up my £10 credit doing many many speed tests). Sadly at the moment I have to use Vodafone because I work in a basement and the only signal possible is provided by work via a Vodafone signal booster.
And just a cherry on the top the back cover is made of a magic silky soft plastic rubber like material it realy is a shame to put a cover on it ... like A1RN mentions it can be replaced if damaged.
Could you not buy a much better camera for that? oO
Haha. Sweeping. What's garbage about EE? Got a retention deal of unlimited mins, texts and 5gb 4g for £12 per month.
Ditching my s4 for the Oneplus.
Touchwiz on S4 was trash. Made a powerful device laggy. If only Samsung used a decent skin or even stock android.
Search for "Samsung Galaxy S4 refurbished ebay Argos Outlet". Available in black or white.
Supposed to be refurbished, but new apart from box slightly damaged. Minimum warranty is 1 year (provided by Argos), but more could be left from the 2 year Samsung warranty.
Next day delivery, and free return if not satisfied, so no risks.

Most likely, I am sure you will find their call centre out there, are you on three by any chance?
Why would it matter if he is on three? They don't do Feel at Home in India.
Elephone are struggling to support the P6000,no update to lollipop via the phone yet I would avoid them until they offer proper professional support
True low light shots are rubbish and there is an issue with that Flash that make shots look foggy.
How is a phone with the same specs as a Z2 but initially sold at 1/3 the price overpriced?
Some people have had issues, but name a phone that has never had issues?
My phone has worked perfectly for the majority of its life, and at the price it was a bargain compared to anything else on the market, so £50 cheaper is even more of a bargain!
My wife has a Sony Z3 Compact, and the Lollipop upgrade has been far more damaging to her phone than anything I've experienced on this, her default messaging app is completely unusable!
