    Agreed

I've been using them once a week for years

Tighten them before the workout then don't worry about it until next week. I spend about 3 seconds tightening them.

Wonder if it's worth doubling up 2 sets for extra weight?

Better to get the 4x5kg separate as you can only fit a certain amount of plates on a bar.

Cold added, my biceps would eat these for breakfast. get yourself down to CrossFit or UFC, or better yet, get yourself an iron pipe on the wall

Mine do that constantly and was thinking I might get these to stop that. Thanks for the warning.

These were expensive during lockdown, now that has gone price has been reduced marginally.

Just picked my set up, then put them down, and picked them up again...

Seem good for the money though.

Should be split as two separate deals, just was rather confusing last time it was up!

Bought both sets last time they were on offer, great value, definitely recommend.
Yes you do need to nip them tight but takes a second.
Would also recommend this if looking for a barbell (edited)

I'm just guessing, but plumbing tape might do the same thing without getting in the way.

I use vinyl spin lock collars. You can get them cheap on eBay or sometimes on Amazon.

I just use elastic bands around where you tighten the cog.

I bought both of these sets about 4 months ago and think they're ideal. I can now have as much as 20kg per dumbbell (I don't need that yet but nice to have the option at a latter date). Thumbs up from me.

Does anyone know if you can buy the bars separately?
