    The vacuum is out of stock on the Samsung EPP and also doesn't mention £150 cashback. The model above shows £100 cashback so looks like a student specific offer...

    Link in the post shows all the models and corresponding claim amount. This particular model is VS20A95843W/EU, which has £150 cashack.

    Received mine yesterday, verdict is it's 'OK'.
    Having seen that they've now removed the cashback offer, if that doesn't go through, it will be going back.
    At £159 it's OK, at £309 it's overpriced, at £800 they are having a laugh. If all you have are wooden floors or very short carpet you'll probably be OK. But on anything with a longer pile the brush doesn't spin and gives a 'obstruction' error on the display, very frustrating.

    I can't see anything that says what vacuum cleaner the old one has to be... This would be replacing an old handheld (that is absolutely rubbish) mainly for doing the car and stairs etc... Are we still classing handhelds as vacuum cleaners or are they going to want a full size job?

    Technically, it is a vacuum cleaner, so you should be able to claim. They did not specify the type or brand of vacuum cleaner.

    I think somewhere in the title mention the cashback as the headline price of £309 is good, but not brilliant which is why this isn't getting much heat. The after cashback price of £159 is a steal!

    You also have to take the old one to a nominated recycling centre and photograph it being recycled. Then have the photo checked to make sure it matches the make and model you specified.

    Well the Samsung is a lot cheaper, but the recurring costs are higher as it uses dustbags and needs the filters changing. At the cashback price it's a no brainer, but if you are looking for the best then you might want to consider a rival.
