    Just to bear in mind that Samsung has the worst customer service imaginable. I had a terrible experience and it took months just to get a repair. They have a 1 star rating on trust pilot. They are not part of an Ombudsman service either. Their calls connect to the Phillipines nd the quality of calls is very bad and no one calls you back. Also the vacuum doesn't stand up straight so is prone to falling over which is a major design flaw. (edited)

    I can second this from my own experience.

    Best not to but from Samsung directly, instead go through, Amazon, John Lewis etc at least you don't have to speak the 'Samsung' language when you have a problem because there attitude is 'how dare you contact Samsung' for customer service/help......our products never have problems...we are doing you a service for buying Samsung.

    We have the jet 60 and it's actually really really good. If this is a step up then wow.

    Battery degradation on these is brutal (having previously owned one). Had to buy a spare battery within 10 months. If someone asked would I buy one of these again, I would advise to factor an extra battery into the cost, then compare.

    6 months into using a refurb Dyson, and I've had no issues with the battery so far.
