I bought this from Costco about 18 mths ago, at much higher cost than this! Would definitely recommend! The only downside is that the dust collector is quite small so with a big hairy dog in the house, I have to empty half way through (not too much hassle!) Also, only use the turbo for troublesome areas as it uses the battery much quicker! That said, I can do my whole house (3 storey) on one charge. Hope that helps?

Had this for half a year and paid around £170 for it, I can definitely recommend it although it’s our first cordless, so can’t compare it to shark or dyson. Runtime is good, we can clean a 2 bed on medium power. Charge time is quite long, doesn’t stay upright so I always have to lean it onto something, but the charging station can be mounted on the wall.

Guys just realised if you add the jet tool accessory set, it comes in at £16.33 (normally £40) as it's taking half price off when added to basket with any vacuum).

Not exactly in the spirit of HUKD!! How hard is it to help people? I’ve never came across a Samsung EPP/student deal before, so didn’t know how to access it. After a while I worked out you go via UniDays for student deals, then search Samsung, and then scroll to the vacuum offer and verify. Then once in Samsung website do a further search for Jet 70 and it should come up. I notice there’s and additional 5% off if you buy 2 items. You of course need access to a University email account for this to work. Here’s a link to UniDays page, hopefully it’ll work myunidays.com/GB/…ine

Saw people having problems getting the bags, so if not in stock before end of my return window it will be going back. The complete comes with 5 attachments and the turbo only comes with 3, otherwise they are the same apart from colour, if you open the details it will show you the attachments you get. To be honest I didn't notice and went on chat to find out.

Buy these bags works perfectly. Just turn it sideways and it will fit in the cleaning station - aliexpress.com/ite…p=1

I gave instructions at about 50% of the EPP deals. I've replied to people who asked how it works. Last time I've wasted an hour instructing somebody who appeared interested and who suggested he never managed to get a deal via the EPP. Turned out he did not even know who EPP is, never read people's instructions on the deal or the description, never attempted a Google search about this. Gave him instructions step by step, exchanged about 10 comments and at the end he said he's not interested anyway...

It is simple, I said before. Join Perks at Work, use your email address instead of the work address, choose as your employer a company you may think is registered, it will tell you, try again if does not work, and that's it. The problem is after we give such instructions, lots of people suggest this is fraud. It is not fraud, and it is up to you if you want to do it or not, but this is how you get the discount. If you search in history at previous deals, you'll see it has been explained in numerous times how to do it. I've done it, others done it too.

I really do not know how you never came across a EPP deal before, a quick search on HUKD shows EPP deals were posted 56 times over the past 30 days. And Samsung had cashback from Jan to April, so EPP was probably posted hundred of times during that period. I think EPP is in top 3 most common deals on HUKD. Z (edited)

Which? says, "This is a superb Samsung cordless vacuum cleaner with no letdowns. It masterfully conquered our tests and it's a worthy Best Buy recommendation. There are very slightly better alternative Samsungs available in the Jet 75 Pet and Jet 90, but you definitely won’t be disappointed with this one. It’s brilliant all-round."

Cons? - "Replacement batteries are expensive," quoting £149 from Samsung.

Yeah I noticed some comments about people not listening to previously posted advice on how to get these offers.. I am also guilty as charged.. Anyone fancy throwing us a bone here?? cause my 4 stone shark anti hair wrap hoover is giving up the ghost after 2 years head is filthy no matter how many times I clean it and suction is 50% as strong as when I bought it regardless of me striping it down as much as I can and literally flushing out every section possible... My old Dyson cordless v6 was only good for 5mins of turbo and when I say good, it was also about as powerful as me crawling around on the floor with two straws up my nose.. And the v10 v11 are serious wonga, not looking to go over £250 especially with there life span.. This looked like a good deal to me..!! But I'm not a student/employee or have a Samsung account.. Any tips before I waist 20 mins of my life signing up for an account giving access to all my data and cookies only to be told computer says no?? Cheers in advance.

They are paid by brands to do positive reviews as lots of things what they recommend are crap. To pay them monthly to read paid reviews for items is also a bit too far IMO. A bit of read online will show you that so I would take their recommendation with a pinch of salt personally...Hoover looks nice but not sure if it's worth buying if you have Dyson (I have 2 Dyson V6 and nothing can beat them so far).

Which are a bona fide consumer organisation who use independent testing methods. They don't use reviews in their testing scores or paid by companies. But do show me documentary proof that companies pay them. The paid magazine is to finance their independent testing and administrative staffing. I have a Dyson V8 animal and it's rubbish on thick pile carpets. (edited)

Fellow satisfied owner here. Bought the complete version for 166. Totally recommended, battery seems to last ages, and it actually sucks stuff up so I could do my car properly! Although I am comparing to a Roidmi r15 which I had to return twice before I gave up and got a refund. (edited)

I bought a second-hand Dyson V6 a few years back for £30 off ebay and bought a generic new battery for £22 and got to say only ever use this now, rather than the corded vacuum. It lasts about 20 mins on Normal and about 6 mins on Max, but very rarely use it on Max. (edited)

I purchased the Jet 60 pet for £170 at the end of last year. This is a cracking deal at this price for a fantastic bit of kit. It has great battery life, suction, and it quiet. My sons toy Dyson is louder than our Samsung Jet. I can only assume the Jet 70 is an upgrade.

Got the Jet 90 Pro. Best vacuum I've owned. Obvs a more expensive model so may not be as good but very very impressed with my first Samsung and would definitely recommend as a brand.

I can do my entire flat (2 bed around 85 sqm) on one charge with some turbo. If the battery is still on offer and you have the cash may be worth it for people with bigger homes.

You think Samsung will be better? it's about fact that not all good reviews are reliable and just because some page gives product some 'award' it doesn't always mean that its a good product.

It's not just a random company though. It's an independent consumer rights and product review site. It takes no back handed money from companies. I think you have more of an issue with Samsung tbh.

I can't be sure, but all retailers need to adhere to the Consumer Rights Act and offer up to 6 years warranty, regardless of what they say on their site, although you'd probably need to chase them to admit responsibility... never tried it with Samsung tho, so don't quote me on this.
