If anyone has bought from this deal, can you upload a link/list of the trade-in phones allowed? Is there "any android /any smartphone" option for £100?

Buggy virus ridden androids, with this type of money i am sure you can find a decent iphone 13 deal somewhere

I think it's all about preferences of eco systems, I'm forever helping my wife out on her iPhone, iPods, iPad, MacBook for setting anything up for her. It's true the Apple is very much designed for you to get what's there for you in an easy straightforward manner, it's simple and does the job very well.

I find it bizarre people on the one hand are saying they've side loaded something on their Android phone and then criticise Android for allowing you to do the very thing you can't do on Apple.

If you're going to side load stuff then that's a risk you're taking. You have to actively turn off the security warning that says don't do it.

If you're gonna download free games, then well nothing is free, you're gonna get adverts regardless of what platform you're on.

Finally regarding the phone brands, I've tried all of them over the years and still mess around with them. I've bought into the Samsung system. By a country mile it's the best of the Android brands out there for my use. Reason why probably because they learnt a lot when they were making iPhones for Apple. For me Samsung are as good as if not better than Apple for their integration and use of everything they do for my uses.

You can't buy a £150 android phone and think it'll beat a £1,000 iPhone. You have to go like for like and whilst there will be others the Samsung galaxy range are the ones that really take on Apple. (edited)

Before buying the phone (S23 plus as well) do a quick google search for "bananagate s23". Thank me later.

Matches the Very deal with the addition of Lavender

the very deal is hit and miss though and out of stock although I believe stock comes and goes.

Also be warned while the black one is in stock but only since its £899, the cream was £749 and its best to double check the other colour prices if they ever hit stock.

I doubt this argos stock levels last long since this is a much better deal for the 256gb version at least.

I will just add that I paid 750 for s23 ultra after s21 trade in and 200 pounds cashback.

Ultra isn't that much more expensive and has got great specs, but many people is fed up of having a brick in the pocket. (edited)

Great first post also good reminder

The delivery to store can take 5 days fyi, i dont think it's availablefor home delivery. Quidco has very low cashback, but if you sign up to argos newsletter apparently you get £5., also you can only claim the money for cashback and trade in once you get the phone and for disney plus. I would check argos website and familiarise with the process, because they don't make thing easy lol

Amazing 1st post 👏🏼👏🏼 a few months ago, there was an S22 deal that had many of us buying. This deal is even better than that if I remember correctly. I went for the S22 deal too. I should of held out of

Lots of weird comments on this thread. Have Apple outsourced it's online defence crew to China or something?

Every phone deal ends up with weird comments!

Hmmm, £549 for 256gb S23 sounds like i might pull the trigger this time. Why did you say potentially in the title? Isn't it guaranteed?
    sheffield788's avatar
HUKD rules. They like the word 'potentially'. It is guaranteed. If you follow the promotional T&C.
  12. emptypocketz's avatar
Voted hot this imo is still the best up front cost Samsung s23 with 256GB deal even with bannagate

Just be warned this is similar to the Very same priced deal (which is out of stock of cream/lavender) if you click Black colour the price boost back to £899, so you have to go with the cream of lavender to get it at £749. Not sure why its justified to charge £150 for a black model

Will any cashback be void if I used a gift card to purchase this?

    No.
