    You are right but this deal is about the NEW DATA ONLY Plan which doesn't have speed or hotspotting restrictions.

    I contacted smarty through live chat..long story short they said they would refund me as service was not as good as what coverage checker suggested..no refund after 3 days but they said upto 5 working days..
