    Since episode 1 in 1999, there have only been three films that I have enjoyed.
    Episode 3, episode 7 and Rogue one.

    No, without doubt, everyone is wrong.
    The 1st three Star Wars were the best (the ones without Liam neeson and Ewan McGregor).
    And then some loony decided to re-title them, so now the 1st one is the 4th etc.
    I was bad enough at maths anyway to get any hold of this.
    I still think the special effects hold up well even though they are decades old.

    Come on you younger generation, come up with something novel that will interest me.
    Note…this should involve lasers, space ships, machine guns and explosions.
    Any way, it’s time for my medication and be locked away again.

    It's not perfect, but I quite like this, and compared to the shambles that is The Rise of Skywalker, it's an absolute masterpiece

    The only good thing about rise of skywalker is that it pretty much ignored everything the last jedi set up. The last jedi made the prequels look like masterpieces. (edited)

    It's got a stupid plot where half the story only happens because some of the characters decide not to tell another character why they are doing something.

    I can’t stand star wars. Phantom Menace was my favourite, with Jar Jar Binks being the stand out. He at least made me laugh. I still haven’t seen the last in the recent trilogy. I don’t like Star Trek either. 🤷‍♂️ I loved LOTR though.
