The clubcard discount makes these the cheapest per kg price in supermarketland from what I can see. We had some on Thursday in a slow cooked TexMex dish and very nice they were too!

Storage
Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown.Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in a refrigeratorOnce defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze.Follow the preparation guidelines above.Not suitable for cooking from frozen.Keep refrigerated below 4ºC.Once opened, use immediately.


Cooking Instructions

Oven

Instructions: Pan Fry & Oven Chilled 190°C/170°C/Gas 5 5 min pan fry+20 min oven. Pre-heat oven. Heat a little oil in a frying pan until hot. Place chicken into the pan and if it sizzles, the pan is ready, if not, heat for a little longer. Seal over high heat for 5 minutes, turning halfway. Transfer to a baking tray and place in the centre of pre-heated oven for 20 minutes.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.


General
Instructions: Remove all packaging.
All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Check food is cooked thoroughly and juices run clear when pierced with a thin skewer before serving.
Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
To avoid cross contamination, do not wash raw poultry and use separate chopping board and utensils for raw poultry and ready to eat foods

    Just saying, they sell the same thighs with skin and bone... A 2kg pack is £4.50.

    I debone with kitchen scissors, no knife skills needed. I make stock from the skin and bones usually. I lose about 1/3rd in total weight.

    Air fried chicken skins are delicious though.

    Yep saw that and for a non club card price it's really good. Just not personally into the deboning process and wonder how much of the 2kg is left after deboning and skinning.

    I bought these the other day but there’s so much fat and gristle left on the meat. I reverted back to the skin on chicken as it’s quite simple to remove the skin and remove the fat on thighs. Additionally, meat cooks better with the bone in.
