    Yes, add the upgrade SIM to your basket then when you check out it asks for your existing Vodafone number. Mine then just transferred the existing SIM in my phone to the new Vodafone contract. Reflected properly in the app after a few days.

    What are they like with cashback? Just been with Affordable Mobiles and they were superb.

    Can't see any mention of EU roaming, so presume it's not included. (edited)

    I submitted my first cashback claim through the portal a couple of weeks ago but uploaded the wrong PDF so it got rejected. All I had to do was upload the right PDF and it got accepted shortly after, so they give you some leeway to sort things out if you mess up. I'm just waiting for the cheque in the post now that everything seems good.

    Vodafone don't offer free EU roaming, you have to pay for that. I went for the 8-day full allowance roaming for my week long holiday, it cost an extra £10 and didn't seem to interfere with the cashback redemption.

    If you have taken out a plan or upgrade from 29th September 2021 onwards, there will be a daily charge for using your phone outside of the UK, Republic of Ireland and the Isle of Man. Vodafone will not be applying these charges until January 2022.

    Roaming in Zone B will cost you £2 a day, or you can purchase a Vodafone European Roaming Pass and roam for £1 a day.

    This means you can travel to an extra 49 European destinations and use your UK allowance of data, minutes and texts.

    If you’re roaming in Zone C or Zone D, you can use your UK allowance of data, minutes and texts in an additional 105 worldwide destinations for just £6 a day.

    Vodafone can actually do one. I can't wait to get out of my contract, I'd suggest you look elsewhere, no deal is good enough.

    They have lumped me with multiple above inflation increases in my phone bill.

    No speed caps on contracts which have a fixed data allowance like this one. It's only the unlimited data contracts which have the speed options.

    I just ordered this today. Confused about only showing 20gb allowance instead the 100gb I had previously.

    Also start date is for December.

    If it's like mine on the Extra tab is there an extra reoccuring allowance for 80GB.

    The Dec date is the earliest you can upgrade, although I think thats to a new mobile only after 3 months, renewal of SIM only is generally closer to the contract end date.

    Been using this for three years, real cost hard to calculate but it's cheaper than mentioned as u get eligible to upgrade before 12 months n still get full cash back even though you are in next year contract. E.g my 12 month bill is also my second month bill

    Ohh i wondered this. So I still have one more cashback to claim month 12 but am eligible for upgrade but haven't done it because back in the day if you enter new contract makes your old cashback null and void.

    So are you saying I can upgrade now and existing cashback will be honoured and so will new one?

    Was with Vodafone with the same offer above. Veryme rewards are good but the cashback process is a bit of a nuisance to send etc.

    May as well get the Lycamobile 100gb for £7 and don't worry about the cashback

    Not really:

    1. Get a PDF of your Vodafone bill from online
    2. Submit it on Mobiles.co.uk

    I have done these cashback deals for several years.

    I had one of these early last year, you start to get your cash back about 4 months in, but you have to send mobiles a copy of the months bill that they need, then they send you a cheque after 2 weeks, if you don't claim a certain month after so long it's gone (edited)

    Submitted December bill on the 15th of December. Cheque through today. Scanned and in account in 10 minutes.
