Well worth considering this if you're thinking of buying the 47cm Compact or Bar-B-Kettle version as you get the inbuilt thermometer, one touch cleaning system and deeper bowl for around the same price

This 47cm Classic Kettle from Weber is a design icon since 1952. Previously known as the One Touch Original, this wallet friendly grill is ideal as an easy to use entry level charcoal barbecue for direct style grilling. Think hot dogs, steaks and burgers. A great choice for when space is a premium in your garden.

This model features a weather proof enamelled lid and bowl like all other Weber Kettle's and has rust proof air vents to allow for perfect airflow control for excellent cooking results.

Weber's one touch cleaning system makes tidying up after your BBQ a doddle - simply move the handle on the side and the ashes are pushed down onto the dish.

Warranty:
Bowl and lid - 10 years.
Handle - 10 years.
One-Touch cleaning system - 2 years.
Charcoal grate and cooking grate - 2 years.
All other parts (legs, base, triangle, ash catcher, wheels and vents) - 2 years.

As I've said before, you're getting the same core cooking experience from this as you will a more expensive model, most of the additions are conveniences, and/or you can buy as accessories later.

Scorching deal. Considering swapping my compact for this. I'll bet it's sold out by the time I figure out when I can take delivery!

I have had the compact and this one and this one is massively better for cooking on. The food is further away from the coals making it easier to avoid Charing and flame ups.

Weber so overrated, a inflated price reduced for what is simply a kettle bbq. Having the Logo adds at least £50.

Kinda yes, but they also last forever. No other brand offers the guaranteed longevity. Well worth the price and even better getting a used one.

Webber are fantastic, I've had my compact for 12 years and it's been outside all this time and is still spotless. First class quality!

Same. My Wilko one lasted 3 years and aged badly.

This is great, but the extra space is really needed as soon as you get into bbq. It's worth finding a used or cheap deal on a 57 and it's the only bbq you'll need.
