A few lines under add to basket/buy now.
I watched some YouTube videos on smoking in a weber kettle and used those as a guide. I used charcoal briquettes only but some people recommend smoking woods aswell. It took 10hrs plus for 2kg brisket but its worth it. A meat thermometer is a must when smoking. Goodluck

I decided to go for it even though I'd been holding out for the superior master-touch for ages but always struggling about the price given I intend to get a Luisiana Grills kamado at some point; and having a small standard bbq removes the temptation to buy a large kamado for crazy money just in case I need to feed 10+ people once in a while. This way we can just use whichever is most appropriate when cooking for 2-6, and use both if we've got more guests.
It was £99 by selecting 'other sellers' Amazon EU, they move their prices up and down.
How long did it take to come?
I ordered it a few days ago when it said delivery after the 21st then the next day it said it was dispatched - I have prime so arrived next day
