Don't buy anything from AliExpress without using the chrome extension that tells you the actual sellers rating . Aliup I think it's called

Don't believe the KPA rating on these products, They're normally half of what is advertised. Also careful buying from aliexpress, sellers delete negative reviews.

And one more thing, incase someone may not have seen, this is corded, not cordless. product will likely stop working after half a year and warranty will require you to ship it back to china. You're better off buying one from amazon, atleast you get a 2 year hassle free warranty. (edited)

All these pointless replies saying Dyson better ....This is a CORDED cylinder vacuum that the 90's wants back!!
This is a £60+ piece of plastic/electric junk that Xiaomi want you to think is cordless, but power that doesn't even match a cordless one.
    can't always be right

It's impossible for it to be worse than a Dyson.

A corded stick VACUUM.....kind of defeats the point of this type of vacuum!! Power for a plugged in cleaner is useless

It does also say "Battery type" = Li-ion, suggesting it's battery powered. Perhaps the cord is for the charging station.
Edited: Just looked at the pictures and it looks a corded vacuum cleaner. (edited)

I have used AliExpress for years and I really wouldn't buy anything expensive, unless you can afford to make a loss, if it's not all it's cracked up to be. My experience with electricals is, it is very unlikely to be all it's cracked up to be. Their returns policy isn't worth bothering with. You have to pay for return shipping which will cost nearly as much as you paid for the item.

If we keep taking a chance on this stuff, pretty much based on price, then China will happily keep pumping it out, we only have ourselves to blame for the fallout.

There use to be really good deals for vacuum cleaners on AliExpress, not sure what happened as this isn’t great

People bangng on about Dyson. Have the V8 Animal in the office at work. After a few years and minimal use the motor is on it's last legs and before that the battery on 'Max' would barely last long enough to vacuum a small office. (edited)

Haven't voted but I would seriously avoid the MIJIA store on AliExpress. I order a lot of stuff from AliExpress and this is the only store that's ever given me problems. Latest issue was a faulty automatic soap dispenser. They'll only refund if I return the goods (Retail at about £15) at a cost of about £45 and for 3 months now and 30+ messages, refuse to confirm they'll cover the return costs.
A number of reviews point to this stating that they were ultimately left out of pocket and with no goods having been refused a refund of postage costs. PayPal etc won't help as MIJIA are saying they will refund if the goods are returned.
