sorted byHOWEVER, I stick to my view- the images ARE terrible IN comparison to what I was used to- as the M4 gives very grainy (close ups), useless if wanting to view on a big screen/ print off.i found the same with the X3 albeit, images look fine if only viewing on the phone itself. (edited)
3'ish years ago, I bought the Poco X3, based on your recommendation. It has been awesome. I paid £99 for it too !!!
However the battery is now lasting just over a day...when new it was 2+days.
I am not a phone gamer...
Is the M5s comparable with the X3 NFC? Or chalk and cheese....

Labour charge to replace is usually £20-25 at most mobile phone repair shops - ask your local ones for their charge before committing to buying the battery, also if ok with one sourced from a thirdparty as not all will be willing.
This phone is pretty basic in 2023
