    Bought a set of these secondhand...not bad; spin collars work well with a bit of furniture polish sprayed on the stems, but a bit bulky for some exercises i.e. Shoulder press, but good for Flys, Bicep curls, Dumbbell rows, Shoulder shrugs, Side bends, and squats.
