Hi I had a iPhone 5s from them on Vodafone and I can confirm you that, it was not unlocked. I had to wait a year to get it unlocked for free. Or I could pay £20 b4 12 months.
I have only ever ordered o2 mobile phones from there and they have all been unlocked.

They are indeed - I don't think they sell locked phones as it's usually the networks that lock their own phones, and seeing as they are independent, they wont be locked.
With mobile phones direct do I pay the network supplier or mobile phones direct company
