Freezer temps

So wha temperature should a freezer be, - 18c is perfect,

Some say above - 18c, like - 20 c is too much and frost bite.

Some say - 15 to - 18c is perfect.

Tho looking at star ratings maxuim star being - 18c, it says - 15c food can only store for month.

I say this cause I can't get my freezer to - 18c without overrunning the fridge and making it too cold.

So - 15 c seems to be temp it likes with fridge.

But I worry about say chicken I freeze in it been In there longer than month.

I just been taught below 5c for fridge, - 18c and colder for freezer.

I did notice my fridge freezer has a 2 star at bottom, rest are 4 stars, I guessing due to auto frost

The recommended freezer temperature to keep your food safe is at or below -18°C. Note that's MINUS 18°C!
