Garden Office - Dunster House Titania/Homestead

What type of structure are people going for (15' X 13') we've seen ones that look like a mini house at the bottom of the garden cosy, insulated, warm, long life span. They look amazing, but what should we look for pretreated concrete, brick, timber which one is best ..?
