Do you have an outlet with a Adidas, Nike, New Balance, etc shop near you? You may be able to get a pair of "last sizes". Budget isn't great but it's not impossible. I ran my fastest ever 5k in a pair of army issue Hi-Tec silver shadows, so they don't need to be top notch trainers.
I honestly wouldn’t bother at that price. Save up and buy something decent, your legs and feet will thank you in the future.
