    I generally recommend Beelink.
You need to pay about £300 for a decent Ryzen model.
They tend to use vouchers which show up underneath the price.
    £289 with the voucher:

They also have some entry level Intel models around £200 with the vouchers:

This one is £126 or a bit less with a smaller SSD.

I would need to see benchmarks before recommending the cheaper ones.
Not sure that they all come with Windows either so read the descriptions. (edited)

If it's just for light purposes, you'd be as well buying a refurb laptop. They're functionally identical to a mini PC, but with the added benefit of being a fully self-contained computer if you ever want to use it without an external keyb/mouse/display. There are various Intel 10th-gen laptops around £200, or drop to an 8th gen for £130-odds.

check out eta prime on youtube he reviews a lot of these including this brand

if you don't want games you're best off just get an ultra small business pc. they're chucked out all the time

some random intel processor with integrated graphics is all you need
