Rog Ally Game pass trial

I bought a Rog Ally recently which comes with 3 months of Game Pass Ultimate. I haven't activated it as I already had a Game Pass subscription which I've since allowed to lapse

If I use the 3 months Game Pass Ultimate will it cause me problems when I buy Game Pass Core and try to convert it to to Ultimate for a quid?

You can only convert Core to Ultimate if you aren't a Ultimate subscriber. So yes if you activate the 3 months then you will have to wait until the 3 months has ended.

Why don't yoy buy Core now and use the 3 month Ultimate code you have to convert. Saves spending money and you will get longer with Ultimate as you are using a 3 month code and not a 14 day for a £1. You have to check that you even have the £1 offer as if your Ultimate has recently lapsed it might not be available to you. (edited)
