Smart watch recommendations

Hi. I need a smart watch for wife but don’t know much about them. The main functions she wants:
- at least a week battery life
- text and call notifications
- square shape and light pink colour if possible
- oxygen level monitor
- compatibility with iPnone
- price up to £150
Also, it needs to have all options enabled by default so I don’t have to pay for any additional subscriptions.
Any advice would be appreciated.
