Thanks.
I’ll hold out for the 2600 coming down a shade more.
After waiting for the 2500 to drop to the same prices as the 2400 but never seeing it for under £300, I took the plunge on the 2600 when the price briefly hit £399 on Richer Sounds. Mainly because I'd had my speakers for nearly 6 months and hadn't been able to check them with it being my first AV receiver. I'm really liking the 2600. There are loads of inputs that I'l never use and I've only actually found myself using 3 of the HDMI in's. I went for the 2600 because of the 2 HDMI out's and It's working great with my TV and projector. My only slight dislike is that the remote has no backlight but even that's ok once muscle memory has kicked in. I just need to set it up with alexa now.
Yeah he'd have went for a decent make.....
Has he left?
Worse. S is basic components. X has better grade components
Gave it a shot but they said no. Hopefully some of the community members here can make use of the discount!
Just music.
Dunno. I'm glad some people got the reference though!!
Might go and see if those threads are still there for a giggle.
If he has left us - GBNF.
HUKD folklore!
Sorry but can't say. I'm new to this and don't have any expertise. I only really have mine set up for home cinema but streaming from spotify sounds very good, even if my choice of music isn't.
Sorry, it was a general comment, I don't have this receiver, I use a marantz avr and arcam stereo amp
He'll be OK, probably listening to his far superior Sony right now.
Yep.
Views on audio music compared to a stereo amp?
Oh! I know. Although I’m aware this one (avr2600) received good inde reviews for the ability to play back audio music. How would you describe the sound and overall musical output? (edited)

He's still here. I saw a post from him yesterday.
You can chat using the amazon phone app, try asking the question and would be interesting to read here what their reply is
