"Great news. We've added Amazon Prime as an option on our entertainment plans. To celebrate, in the next 7 days we'll be moving you to the full Amazon Prime service for the remainder of your current contract - at no extra cost. Alongside your Amazon Prime Video subscription, you'll enjoy priority delivery, access to ad-free tracks with Prime Music, exclusive shopping discounts and more. There's nothing you need to do, look out for an email from Amazon confirming when your Amazon Prime subscription is active - we'll also send you a text to confirm it's done. Thank you for choosing Vodafone. To end texts, send STOP MMS to 9774."
I think the only reason they normally require posting claims is the hope people can't be asked or forget. To be honest posting it's a pain and I'm glad they allow online claims at the moment.
Are you up and running with this package already? It says 48 roaming countries but according to Vodafone themselves, if you have the Entertainment package you get the full complement.

So unless they don't extent that to third-party sellers...
I've just given up going round in circles with their Live Chat, but my suspicion is that the support page is wrong. If it doesn't say that you get Global Roaming Plus, you don't get it.
Stop bs.
From Affordable website:
Unfortunately yes. Got an email that my sim has been connected within 2 hours of ordering.

Was in the same boat and left Three for Voxi as a way to try out Vodafone. Its MUCH better. I don't know where you reside in London, but I live in North London (Enfield) and travel to work to the City of London (or at least I did).
With Three I barely got over 8Mbps on 4g at home. The commute on the train would always have dead spots around certain stations and it was annoying having to reset the data connection. And worse of all in the city, I would always have parts where I had no signal at all, indoors or outdoors. After being with three for about 5 years, their service got much worse, and I decided to leave.
Vodafone gets a bad rap for customer service (and I know people who experienced it too, like overcharging) but the network in my opinion, at least for London is much better than Three. I get 4G speeds of between 20-40Mbps on a normal day, and sometimes the 4G+ can get me much higher (over 100Mbps in some instances).
As a test, I recently (before going for this deal which Im replying to) tried out Smarty and once again, nothing has improved with Three. It barely usable. What use is 30GB of data if I can not use it?
Only unlimited tariff from Vodafone has a 25GB limit - on all other tariffs you can use all your data allowance so the full 60GB in this case is available when roaming.

You can for example ask your mum to remind you (edited)
How have people's experiences been doing cashback with this company? Trustpilot looks OK. (edited)
Never had contract through Affordable Mobiles before. But they changed their cashback policy. You can now send the claim via email instead of post how it used to be.
Personally, I couldn't resist. Quidco cashback tracked .
All that for £8.91/month potentially. Happy days.
From Vodafone website
£27x12=£324-£192 redemption - £25 quidco =£107÷12=£8.91
You don’t get Global Roaming Plus on this plan! Only 51 countries.
GRP is ONLY on Unlimited Data plans ATM and not anything with any data cap!
It’s still a great price for what you get. Spotify, for instance, is worth £9.99/month (edited)
Not really, when the voucher comes just scan it and save it on your computer. Then you have a backup in case you lose it. Then you can just print it when required.
Redemption cashback isn't hard. The rewards are high so it requires a little effort. If people can't be bothered there are auto cashback deals which obviously pay less.
The writing on the website suggests they allow emails for redemption during the pandemic. Nobody knows if this will continue or revert back to post only. Its just speculation. Regardless either way its not that hard. Just put a reminder on your phone for the day after your 5th bill and then you're ready to go.
Quickest way is to PAC out to another network payg sim e.g. asda, lebara, ee, then after 24hrs pac out again to this deal
Alternatively some have transferred their pay monthly to a voda payg and then got Vodafone to transfer it back once you bought the new deal.
Porting out to another network and back is quicker with less waiting.
Just making everyone aware Vodafone have a 20gb limit when roaming - I know this because I recently bought an "unlimited" data sim card to use when in Barcelona and its run out of data at 20gb.
If anyone needs the quick step:
You can cancel your Secure Net subscription in the Vodafone Secure Net app – either at the end of your 3-month trial or any time after.
If you can’t use the app right now, log in to your My Vodafone account online. From the navigation menu, choose Services and Extras > Mobile data options and switch Secure Net to NO.
We're unable to process your order, as it has failed to meet our internal credit and security criteria.

FAQ
Why has my order been cancelled? As a responsible retailer, we run a series of security checks when we receive an order. If we're unable to process an order safely, in a way that protects ourselves and our customers, we will cancel that order.
What are the 'internal credit and security criteria'?We look at up to 500 separate rules that vary on a case by case basis. When an order doesn't meet a certain threshold on these checks, we take the decision not to proceed.
Has a credit check been performed? No, a credit check has not been performed.
If I paid an upfront amount, will it be refunded?
Of course! It has already been released and will appear back on your available bank balance within 7 days.
Is there any more information on why my order has been cancelled? For security reasons, we're unable to provide specific information on our internal checks and their results. However, if you review your credit report, you may gain an understanding of any potential areas of concern.
Kind regards,

Trying to escape from the clutches of Three and poor data speeds
Affordable Mobiles Claim cashback via email and paid by BACS.
Fonehouse: Claim cashback online & paid by cheque (or by BACS according to here) (edited)
You cannot stack it, it does not matter when you choose Amazon as ur Entertainement option of this plan.
Amazon prime is linked to Vodafone so as long as you are on this Entertainment Plan, you will have Amazon Prime. What u can do is cancel ur existing Prime, Amazon did a Pro Rata refund for me (i cancelled my monthly prime which renewed just 2 days ago and got refunded for it) then activated through this Vodafone plan.
Fonehouse also does BACS (if you give the details), i am with them for my other number so can confirm that. (edited)
Download the app and register.
Give it a day, it will settle to 27, it was showing 54 for me also initially, then changed to 27 a day or 2 later.
Their data speeds aren't the best but I've had much better speeds out and about. Still not bad for under a tenner a month (with Amazon Prime) after cashback...
I got mine up to December so she might be able to get for three months
And if you wanted the NOWTV on top, you can get that for less than £3 without too much trouble.
Fonehouse also have two identical packages like this, one of which is priced at £27 RRP but without anything else adjusted, which is probably supposed to have higher cashback and include entertainment. So you could also wait for them to fix it and see what they charge, again to avoid the Quidco route.
Yes during pandemic but normally it's by post.
I think the only way is to transfer your number to different network and then after 24 hours (if I am right) back to Vodafone. I am on the same boat.
