Great game. Just got 100% complete today with it. Great humour that my 5yo enjoyed and plenty of references that the adults will love.

    Evening All.
Sorry if this is a silly question, can you set up a Nintendo Account and purchase this without currently having a Nintendo Switch yet? Will be buying my son one for Xmas

Unfortunately not, your account needs registering on a console first.

Love this game. We were lucky enough to get a 99p (new!) copy back in the day, from one of Game's Wii U clearance sales... Good times

$5.99 on the USA Eshop if you have an account there. I had a dollar left on my account and picked up a $5 card for £4.69 from G2A. Finished this on the Wii U years ago but looking forward to playing through it again as it is great fun.

Physical edition is worthless anyway, half the game is downloaded

Tempted by this but seen quite a lot of comments in the past that it's "unplayable" in handheld? Opinions?

    Thanks!

As far as I'm aware this game was a Wii U exclusive back in the day and thus was developed to fully utilise the game pad's unique controller capabilities whilst playing the game on the telly in the conventional way.

As I only ever played it on Wii U I have often wondered how certain bits within the game that required the game pad were modified for other platforms, but especially on handheld which I'd imagine would be a cluttered mess.

Sorry about the long winded response without even a definitive answer to your question

Loved this game! Bought it about 2 years ago, and still go back to it for fun. The jokes are great, and it is not too difficult either. Highly recommend it

Does this still suffer from hideously long load times like the WiiU?

Initial load is a bit long. Level load times didn’t bother me.
