All-in-one with WiFi

Print, scan and copy with the HP DeskJet 2710e All-in-One Wireless Inkjet Printer. It comes with built-in WiFi, so you can use it from any room in your home without needing to plug it into your computer.

It has a print resolution of up to 1200 dpi, so you'll get sharp text, bold blacks and crisp colour images with every print.

Enabled with HP+

The cloud-connected DeskJet 2710e is enabled with HP+, which gives you extra printer benefits, such as automatic detection and fixing of connection issues. This makes the printer more up-to-date and secure. You even get more advanced options through the HP Smart app on your phone, such as easy multi-page document scanning, mobile fax and productivity features.

Includes 6 months of HP Instant Ink

Thanks to Instant Ink with HP+, you can save up to 70% on original HP Ink and up to 50% on toner. Cartridges are automatically ordered by your printer when you are running low and delivered to your door. Plans start from 99p per month for 15 pages.

The service works on how many pages you print, not how much ink you use. Choose between 15, 50, 100, 300 or 700-page monthly plans - unused pages roll over to the next month. The price includes ink, shipping and cartridge recycling.

6 months at a set number of pages per month or do I get a credit and I can pick a monthly plan?

Anyone know if you can only connect to this wirelessly or can you connect with a cable too.
For printing of occasional homework and very occasional documents I'm thinking this could be idea.

Currys have deals plus their warranty for 3 years is worth it as they give you a new printer (when yours dies) which comes with another 6/9 months free ink.....

Looks like a bargain on the face of it. But I bought one and they are so awkward to use. Wireless doesn't connect properly and half the time it doesn't print anything out the way you ask it to. Poor piece of kit

I agree, ours is rubbish. Never known a printer be offline so much when it's clearly not. Wouldn't buy again.

I've got one. Great if you use regularly. If not it needs a new ink cartridge after a while as just doesn't print.

I bought a £30 Pantum laser printer from amazon in 2016 albeit mono, but still going strong and on original cartridge. Only use it once a month. Defo recommend laser if not using much and black/grey scale is no issue

We've had one of these and it didn't last long. Then again, printers are a nightmare at the best of times. They're as functional and temperamental as a teenager

I've clicked on the 'funny' but in effect, very true!

If you buy one of these can you just buy ink cartridges instead of this instant ink contract thing ?
    hukdoos's avatar
    Yes you can

Is the six months instant ink only for new account setup or can it be added to an existing subscription that i already have.
    dré.'s avatar
Just use a new email address and get the referral bonus

Just got one these deals the other month and when you get the extra 3 months for on top they are effectively giving the printers away for free when you considder 9 months ink is worth £34 alone
  10. dré.'s avatar
as an aside, it you use ebay via TCB you'll get a bonus £2 cashback on this
  11. metalpaul1000's avatar
Can you use this without the subscription? I only print one or two pages a month and replace an ink cartridge when I need too
    dré.'s avatar
allegedly so but you might as well fill your boots for 9 months free printing up to 2800 pages a month in the meantime

Not been a fan of HP since they locked everyone out of using, copy cartridges a fair while back and then were forced into changing back again
    dré.'s avatar
so the copy carts don't work? the ones on amazon have pretty good reviews....
