That's what I have on my Potterton PRT2 thermostat.
My current thermostat (shown on the left of this image) is simply switching Live to the HEATING output, which goes to the boiler with a black wire with a red sleeve. The boiler has its own Neutral.
My GUESS is that this is compatible and should be wired up as below.
Placing the three incoming wires to the new Meross as shown
- Neutral to 1 (N)
- Live to 2 (L) and also 5 (COM)
- Heating to 3 (NO Normally Open, switched Live when heating required)
Disclaimer - I am not an electrician, and would appreciate feedback from any sparkies here to see if this is correct.
Please do NOT follow the wiring in this image unless you are sure it is correct!
Update - I have now received mine and installed at as per the wiring above. All working fine, no problems with WiFi connection, and working nicely with Google Home etc.

Can I just replace the existing wired and powered thermostat with this?
Is it as easy as that? Can't seem to find answers in the Q&A's all 108 of them.
